My apologies for the tardiness. I had a great Tip in mind the other day, but I seem to have forgotten it. Don't worry, I will post it as soon as I remember it. Here we go...
If you are having joint pain, make sure to warm up properly (this has been discussed in a previous Tip), but also stretch out the muscles around the joint (stretching will be covered in more depth in future Tips and Posts). If the pain persists, you may want to start taking a Glucosamine supplement. Glucosamine is a natural substance found in seafood, and helps rebuild cartilage and treat arthritis. I swear its helped my knees and shoulder, but then again it may just be a "placebo effect." Who knows, perhaps it will work for you too? No harm in trying it out. You can find glucosamine at most grocey and drug stores. Follow the recommendation on the bottle. Continue to TRAIN HARD!!!
