cafeGAINZ Tip of the Day - Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2007

Everybody, meet squat-rack. Squat-rack, meet everybody. All kidding aside, yesterday was the first time I did BB squats in a long time because of a back injury. I almost forgot how great an exercise this is. Let's see....it strengthens all the muscles in your legs, glutes, back, traps (from supporting the barbell), and.........CORE! That's right, squats really work on your core (core is more than just "abs"). So do like I did and cozy on up with the squat-rack and go deep.....real deep. Remember, for generations the squat-rack has made boys into men and little girls into women.
