- Seated BB Military Press - Gotta start off heavy and nasty. Did 4 sets of 9-15 sets.
- Standing DB Clean & Press - Keep the core tight. 4 sets of 10....explosive, dawg. Super-setted this with the Squat & Pull.
- Crossover Symmetry Rear Delt - 3 sets of 12.
- BB Shrugs - As heavy as I could. 3 sets of 10.
- Med Ball Lateral Step-Up (3 sets of 12) and pretty much all of my man Jermaine's core workout (I had posted this before, but I don't think the link works anymore). Just get after your core.
Please give this workout a try with minimal rest in between sets (except for the clean & press part...you can rest more). Don't just read this, Do This!
Nutrition Tip for you Freaks of the ANTI-GAINZ:
- Whole wheat rotini pasta w/ omega tres, lean ground bison meat, garlic and herb pasta sauce.....guido'ing out baby!!! Doing what I do second best.
