Death of a Desk Job
Hi All!
Obviously this site hasn't been updated in a while and I apologize for that. Johnny and I have recently taken a journey deep into the world of GAINZ for which no such apology will issue. This was definitely a spiritual journey....like going to Mecca, Jerusalem, or taking care of a needy family in a 4th world country. Only in our case we were schooled to the existential teachings of GAINZ. So you'll understand that I cannot share the details of what was seen. You will learn these details if/when you achieve 2nd degree blackGAINZ belt.
But know this: a (temporary) death knell to the desk job was smote. What does this mean for you? MORE POSTING, MORE TIPS, MORE GAINZ.
Now here's a fuckin tip: Hanging Knee Raises. Go to a pull-up station or anywhere else from which you can hang. Bring your knees up towards your chest by pulling with your abs. Pause, fool. Then lower back down. As you become more advanced, try keeping your legs straight throughout the movement, and also try partial reps from the middle of the movement to the top.
That should tide ya'll over. Feel free to stop more often as posting will resume.
