Vary your leg position when doing swiss-ball crunches, or any other sit-up/crunch exercise for that matter. Keeping your legs close together emphasizes the inner-abdominal area, while a wider leg position emphasizes the outer. Switch it up to GAINZify that core......back to tech!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
