cafeGAINZ Tip of the Day - Monday, Feb. 25, 2008
Let's get the week started off right. I want everybody here to promise to increase their rep range for the week. This means that if you typically do between 6-12 reps per exercise, up that to 12-20 reps per exercise. And this goes for all exercises/muscle groups......core, legs, nasal-flares.....EVERYTHING! Lighten the weight if (eh, because it will be) necessary, but keep the intensity high. I guarantee you will experience new GAINZ.
