We apologize for yesterday's absence, so here's a double-dip: (1) be sure to keep up on your diet - a small healthy meal every 2-3 hours. This will help prevent you from binging on junk. Also, it will make those innebriated late-night, weekend fast food stops more tolerable the next day...(2) do single-arm triceps pull-downs with both underhand and overhand grips. The grip variations accentuate the long and lateral heads of the muscle, respectively. yours truly and respectfully...
