cafeGAINZ Tip of the Day - Monday, Feb. 11, 2008

Pull-overs are good for the pecs and lats. I mainly do them for the lats, typically towards the end of a back workout so I keep the pump. Most people do these on a bench with a DB or on the cable machine. A clever twist for this exercise is to do them on a decline bench to increase the range of motion, thus, increasing GAINZ capacity. Do them with a BB or with DBs (single-armed). When you use DBs, do one arm at a time so that you can spot with the non-working arm....this will help prevent shoulder injury.
