Try keeping your heat-rate up between sets. This can be done many ways....situps/crunches, treadmill, stationary bike, jump roping, or even doing super-sets, etc. Keeping your heart-rate up provides an extra challenge to your workout routine, keeps things interesting, burns more ANTI-GAINZ, and makes you a more GAINZful specimen. I personally like jump roping because its very practical in terms of logistics and results (foot quickness), plus its a great workout. But, be your own boss and MAKE THOSE GAINZ! Over and out.
