cafeGAINZ Tip of the Day - Thursday, Jan. 10, 2008

If you really need an extra pick-me-up before heading to the gym, get some caffeine through coffee, grean tea, or guarana. Try to stick to something natural, and without a lot of refined sugar. Some say caffeine before workouts helps concentration, and helps burn fat. I don't recommend this as a habit though because then it is just a "crutch," something you lean on much like a addict leans on drugs. Reserve it only for those really low energy days.

Look for an update as to how my GAINZ making sessions go on my trip. TRAIN HARD.
