Yo yo yo....HAPPY NEW YEAR! Expect a new post within a day or so....it'll be legit.
Try standing with only one foot while doing triceps pressdowns (double or single arm). Use the other foot on the next set. This will force you to concentrate on using your triceps, while improving your balance, core, and functional strength. This same concept can also be applied to biceps and deltoid movements. Make those GAINZ!

Try taking a crap with one leg straight out in front. That works your obliques.
