cafeGAINZ Tip of the Day - Friday, Dec. 28, 2007

Make sure to vary your shrugging technique to fully develop your traps. Specifically, do DB shrugs (at your sides), BB shrugs (in front), and Smith Machine shrugs (behind) to hit the entire muscle. I usually choose two of these to do per traps workout (the next workout I'll choose another two, etc.). Now, go to the gym, TRAIN HARD, and make GAINZ!
