cafeGAINZ Tip of the Day - Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2008

If you want a little pick me up at work or before a workout, sip on some green tea. Its got caffeine, the effects of which were explained here, but its also got antioxidants for fighting internal hate molecules, and a bunch of other good stuff. I believe green tea extract is also used in some over the counter weight loss supplements as it helps tame appetite. Thus, sipping the tea may help you resist the urge to over-eat, especially that of the ANTI-GAINZish variety. Dub-G, over and out.
