cafeGAINZ Tip of the Day - Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2008
Be sure to check out yesterday's recap of vacay GAINZ. It is totally legit.
Here's a tip: balance out your shoulders with one-armed snatch and press. Instead of performing a regular snatch followed by a shoulder press with a barbell, use a DB. The movement is basically the same except you use one arm. After doing your reps with one arm, switch to the next arm. The single-armed version will help balance your body as well as work your core. You can do these standing up (starting from a bent-kneed athletic position), sitting on a bench, or getting ill on a swiss ball. Options, my friends......that is GAINZ.

i am unsure of how to perform a regular snatch. might you have any illustrations of snatches or documentation regarding performing a snatch?
