cafeGAINZ Tip of the Day - Friday, Jan. 4, 2008

If you always do your cardio after weights, switch that up immediately. If you do cardio first, switch that up immediately.....you're body has already adapted and now you have to "shock" it to make some new GAINZ. On the other hand, if you do weights and cardio of separate days, try doing them on the same day....you will feel the burn. This simple strategy will make you stronger, leaner, and full of some sick GAINZ. GET AFTER IT HARD THIS WEEKEND!!!
