cafeGAINZ Tip of the Day - Monday, Dec. 10, 2007

Whoa, practice what you preach! I just followed last Friday's Tip....made eggs a la wheat toast. Let me just say, I could run through a wall right now...so much legit energy. I can't wait to get in a gym.

Since that wasn't really a tip, here's one. Force yourself to workout even when you're dead-tired every once in a while. Your body will adapt and your stamina will increase because of it. Do this a few times a month and I guarantee you will see results. Train Hard!
