cafeGAINZ Tip of the Day - Wednesday, March 5, 2008

Here's a sick tip out of a recent Men's Health magazine: Romanian Deadlift to Jump Squat. Whoa, that just sounds exciting! Ok, here's how you do it: Using DBs, perform a romanian deadlift (similar to a regular deadlift, except do not bend and the knees). When the DBs are down close to the floor, immediately drop into a squat. Remember to bend at the hips and sit back into the squat. From the squat position [...wait.....wait..........wait....(tension building)...NOW......] EXPLODE off the ground and jump as high as you can. Land softly and repeat this compound movement. Since this is a tough, explosive exercise do between 5-10 reps, 3-5 sets. good day.

    I am quite worried/concerned that cafegainz will be shut down. The updates are getting less frequent and the information is getting shorter and shorter. I fear I may be obese soon...

  4. I understand your concerns, but let's make one thing clear: cafeGAINZ will never be shut down. I'll try increase the frequency of posting...I know you all hang by every word of our scripture. I need to make another thing clear: We at the cafe are still making GAINZ at an other-wordly pace...we just need to do a better job of documenting these GAINZ and spreading the word and scriptures via this online platform. Stay tuned.
