cafeGAINZ Tip of the Day - Thursday, Jan. 31, 2008

If you play sports or are wanting to get back into sports, do most of your exercises on your feet with free weights rather than sitting down and using machines. Staying on your feet will help you build the strength and balance needed for most sports. Same goes for the free weights. An example would be instead of doing seated DB shoulder press, make it STANDING DB shoulder press. You will not be able to lift as much weight as the seated counterpart, but you will be increasing your athletic-GAINZ while still burning your delts. GET AFTER IT!!!!
