cafeGAINZ Tip of the Day - Monday, Jan. 28, 2008

Is this your manta (ed note: correction, mantra): "same sets, same reps, same order"? If it is, I bet you are completely bored of your workout routine and you've probably plateaued as well. Furthermore, GAINZically speaking your workout should never be a rountine. Mix dat steeeezzzzz up! Instead of doing your normal 6-12 reps, try doing 20, 30, or even 100 reps (like T.O.). Your body's muscle memory will not be prepared for this "shock" and it will cause your muscles to adjust, therefore, sparking new GAINZ. I'm out for one set of squats at 75 reps.......wish me luck!
