When doing single-limb exercises (e.g. alternating DB curls, concentration curls, lunges, single leg squats, bent-over rows, etc.), be sure to alternate or vary which side you start with. If you start with the same side all the time, your body will adapt to it and imbalances may result. Keep your body guessing!
